Coward’s Birthday Lunch
2022’s 16th of December Lunch at the Phoenix Arts Club was a roaring success. Friends of Noël Coward gathered to reminisce on the life and work of The Master over a delicious Jamaican inspired lunch. The afternoon kicked off with words by Steven Duckham and the traditional ceremonial flower laying, an honour that fell to Kate Garner. During a dessert of Cowardy Custard Tart, Kate, Robert Hazle and Joe Morose treated guests to a wonderful cabaret of all the hits. A riotously good time was had by all.
