Privacy Policy

1.  General Statement of Intent
Alan Brodie Representation,(ABR) responsible for The Estate of Noel Coward, The Noel Coward Archive Trust and The Noel Coward Foundation takes the privacy of its friends, members and associates very seriously. This policy relates to all personal data requested, stored and used by the ABR in the pursuance of its activities. ABR takes reasonable care of all personal information and ensures that it is kept secure and prevents any unauthorised access or unlawful use of it. All information is processed in accordance with the applicable UK data protection legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

2.  Collection of Personal Information
ABR will request only request friends, members and associates to provide information at the point of signing up to the newsletter, applications to the Foundation or involvement as a donor to the Trust. The information is that necessary to maintain records may include some or all of the following; name, address, e-mail address, telephone number.

3.  Storage of Personal Information
ABR stores information electronically and in some cases in paper format. All electronic data is held in a secure manner. Access to this data is strictly controlled. If there are any paper copies of any members' details those copies are held at the office of the ABR.

4.  Use of Personal Information
ABR will use personal information for the purposes of sending newsletters or relevant information only
The Estate of Noel Coward, The Noel Coward Archive Trust and The Noel Coward Foundation websites may contain links to other sites but please be aware that ABR is not responsible for the privacy practice of these sites and users should be aware when they leave the websites controlled by ABR that they need to read the privacy statements applicable on the other sites they are linked to.

5.  Third Parties
ABR does not share personal data with third parties and as at 16 May 2018 has no intention of changing this policy. ABR does not have commercial partners.

6.   Opt out

7.  Updating of Personal Information AND Circumstance
In the event that there is a change to contact personal information please inform ABR by e-mail at cowardoffice@alanbrodie.com

8.  Access to Member's Personal Information
Members have the right to access the information that ABR holds about them. In order to do this a written application should be made to the Data Protection Officer at Alan Brodie Representation Ltd. Paddock Suite, The Courtyard, 55 Charterhouse Street, London EC1M 6HA

9.  Disposal of Personal Information
Data will be disposed of securely and permanently as required subject to complying with HMRC rules and regulations and all other statutory obligations. 

10.   Changes to this Privacy Policy
ABR meets the highest standards and its policies are constantly under review. From time to time ABR may change its security and privacy policies.
