Noël Coward Gallery Late

Photographer: Marina Buraga

On Friday 22 October, the Noël Coward Foundation held a Gallery Late event at the Guildhall Art Gallery in the City of London.

Guests were welcomed to the sold-out event with live performances of classics from Coward and friends, before they tried their hand at crafting their own 1920’s Gatsby-style headdresses. Dance tutors were on-hand to give a Charleston tutorial as well as a Tarot Reader for the curious. The evening culminated in a “Late Night Cabaret” at the “Café de Guildhall”, hosted by Joe Morose (‘Impishly spiteful and particularly impressive’ - Lyn Gardner, The Guardian), where London’s finest cabaret performers paid homage to the stars of Old Hollywood, including Coward’s long-time friend, Marlene Dietrich.
